muesli yoghurt from olio cafe (above arts canteen). mm-mmm ;)

it's another tues, and once again i find myself in the hostel room of dear ol' best friend, who as usual just went for classes, leaving me behind with the company of my muesli yoghurt, her vanilla cream wafers (heavenly ;D), the constant whirring of the fan above, her blue financial accounting tbk, and an array of photos pinned onto the tackboard on the wall in front of me.

inanimate objects are fine, but they dont do very well for company, so come back quick ellen!

anyway, class gathering last sat, a short but pleasant affair. :)

initial plans of sushi buffet at tj.pagar evaporated after the guys ended their badminton escapades and wanted to eat at cityhall instead. i guess it's all very well, since the girls and i were already at citilink anyway (except yh). so what was supp to be a teatime buffet turned out to be dinner at shokudo. good catching up session. plus shopping haha (dresses!). cant wait for chalet in dec!!

TIME mags these days pendulate between 2 major issues: obama-mccain and the financial crisis that is sweeping across the globe (iceland being the latest casualty).

if it's not O vs M, it's about $$$$. if it's not about $$$$, it's about those two big guys again. a sentiment shared by shikai.

btw, i'm all for O. ;)

got nth much agst M, but he really made the wrong move by choosing P. (yucks!)

TIME, my weekly dose of organised, expository prose in the form of a thin booklet splashed with a variety of footage. a superb (albeit sometimes not-so-objective) avenue of information. a treasure cove indeed.

pick up one at the nearest newsstand today! for all the info you ever need on obama, mccain, and the financial crisis. ha, ha, hahah.

TIME should remunerate me for being such an avid endorser of its publications. my best non-human companion on public commute (besides sleep and music, of course).
